Chinese (Hong Kong) Speaking Customer Support


We are on the hunt for a Chinese speaking customer support agent.

Joining our successful customer support team in London, you'll take lots of calls each one with the confidence to take ownership. You'll have real talent for making customers feel special when you're on the phone. It's in the way you talk, and just as importantly, in the way you listen. The way we'd sum it up is empathetic and approachable, friendly and professional; quick to understand a customer's needs and doing everything in your power to help. You'll deal with our customers at every stage of their relationship with us - right from the moment they show interest and start their journey with us, through to answering any questions and providing any help you can if they need us throughout the relationship. And finally when their contract ends, it'll be your job too, to try and make sure they stay with us year after year.

About You

You'll be quick to understand and respond flexibly to their needs, solve problems and come up with solutions. You'll be able to use your product knowledge and your polite, professional manner to make sure that every single customer you speak to will put the phone down feeling valued and like they've had a brilliant HSL experience. Ideally you'll already have experience working with customers and with targets, along with being confident using a PC. You must be fluent in Chinese (preferably native).

Business Development Manager


The Position

We are seeking a highly successful Business Development Manager to join our London sales and marketing team working in the capital markets for our commercial clients. This is a position for an ambitious, creative and hard-working person, with an outstanding track record in any financial sales role. Preferably, however, you will have years of experience as a broker or an investment advisor on a B2B level.

The successful candidate will sell our portfolio of trading software to commercial clients. A varied and engaging sales role, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to work for an international leading brand and progress their sales career!

International travel to Hong Kong may be required TBA.

Responsibilities
  • - Build pipeline of prospects within the target market of commercial clients.
  • - Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
  • - Demonstrate HSL’s solutions and communicate value to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • - Work collaboratively with Account Management divisions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers.
  • - Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to management.
  • - Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met.
  • - Meet and exceed individual annual quotas for new business development.
Required Experience
  • - Proven track record of sale, preferably in a financial sector, and/or experience of working in, or selling into online retail.
  • - A high level of personal organisation and time management skills.
